CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please be advised: When you book your charter with us, you have agreed to the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy as follows:

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel prior to 48 hours before your scheduled charter, no charges will be applied and all deposits will be refunded. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours will be subject to a $150.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations between 12 and 24 hours will be charged 1/2 of the scheduled charter. The full rate will be charged on a “no-call, no-show” charter or when customer cancels within 12 hours of scheduled charter.

Every charter boat runs at the discretion of the Captain. If the Captain cancels a charter prior to departure due to inclement weather or sea conditions, all deposits will be refunded and no charges will be applied. Once the boat leaves the dock, there will be no refunds.

We exercise our discretion on a case-by-case basis. We understand there are things that happen beyond anyone’s control and we will take that into consideration.
